Exhibitor Options
Sponsored by the New Mexico Solar Energy Association, this year’s Solar Fiesta takes place at the Albuquerque Academy, a lovely campus in the Northeast Heights.  Graceful tree lined boulevards or an elegant atrium and dance space provide the setting for your exhibit!

Solar Fiesta Exhibitor Choices:
 
Indoor Exhibit spaces:  8x6 feet
Lower Atrium:             $425 – includes electricity
Upper Atrium:             $400 with electricity $375 without electricity
Rehearsal Hall             $375 with electricity  $350 without electricty
 
Covered Stone Breezeway Display Area (no electricity)
Spaces are 8x6 and include table and 2 chairs   $250.  No canopies allowed.
 
Outdoor Exhibit Spaces - $185
(With table and 2 chairs $200)
All spaces are 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.  Same price for sun or shade. You may bring and set up a canopy, but it must meet the fire marshal regulations listed on exhibitor info sheet. 
 
NMSEA Members receive a 10% discount on booth space. 
 
Non-Profit organizations:  10x10 outdoor booth  $35 (space only)   with table/2 chairs $50
 
Solar Fiesta sponsors will receive first choice of booth space.  All others will be assigned on a first come basis.  The Exhibit manager will coordinate your space choices with your company no later than July 1st.
