Chapter is now accepting
application for homes certified under Build New Mexico or the LEED for
Homes
rating systems.&nbsp; The tour will feature new construction and renovations
with exceptional green features or innovative materials and
techniques.&nbsp;
Homes using passive and/or solar design and technology, sustainable
design and
construction, new and different alternative building envelopes and/or
unique
innovative and comprehensive green features are welcome.&nbsp; Application
fees:&nbsp; $15 for renovated/innovative home; $25 for new construction.&nbsp;
An additional $250 fee will be charged to industry professionals
submitting

Woofter is the founder and president of Strategic Sustainability
Consulting
(SSC). In this role she draws upon more than a decade of experience in
the
fields of organizational sustainability, corporate social
responsibility, and
socially responsible investing. She has worked with more than 50
clients on
projects including Green Auditing, Sustainability Master Planning,
Carbon
Footprint Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Training and Facilitation,
and
Sustainability Reporting. She currently manages the SSC Consultant
Network, an
association of more than 450 professionals with expertise in virtually
every
area of sustainability. Her leadership helped SSC become an EPA
EnergyStar
Partner, an EPA WasteWise Partner, and a member of the EPA and DOT
&#8220;Best
Workplaces for Commuters&#8221; program. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science
degree
in Politi cal Science from the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType
