2nd Annual Solar Bake-Off

Attention solar chefs: You won't want to miss the chance to showcase that culinary masterpiece you've been fine-tuning since last year. This year's bake-off competition will feature casseroles, made with or without the state's prized green or red chile! This exciting event will be held Sunday, September 12th, beginning at 1 p.m. Bring a copy of your recipe to share with all appreciative audience members and the judges, the ingredients to make your casserole and your solar oven. I will have two ovens available for people who want to compete but don't have their own oven (contact me before the event). Prizes will be awarded! You can win!
